MUSO-0195 Volunteer Slave Until Just Before Death

A woman who volunteers as a slave is driven to the brink of death through extreme hardcore SM training. Collared and nose-hooked into a pig-like face, she drinks a glass of urine, then has her genitals sewn shut with thread. Crawling pin torture, hundred strikes on a board, single-whip abuse while hung from the ceiling, inverted open-leg whipping, wooden horse, and stone-holding torment follow in sequence, ending in a threesome orgy with the director's slave woman near collapse. A long-form extreme training title directed by Pierre Nishikawaguchi.
