In Ghosthouse, Danielle, the self-proclaimed "alpha" of her group, makes a daring bet with her best friends Randy and Trixie: whoever chickens out of spending the night in the abandoned, supposedly haunted Bergenson mansion will have to wear the tightest, most revealing hot pants to school. Confident that the old mansion is nothing more than a spooky relic, the three girls enter, expecting a night of harmless fun and mild scares. However, the eerie atmosphere and unsettling cold quickly make Randy and Trixie second-guess their decision. As the witching hour approaches, the mansion’s dark history begins to come to life.

The girls soon encounter the spirit of a ghostly child, warning them to leave before it’s too late. But by then, the malevolent spirits of the house—driven by centuries-old lust and hunger for female flesh—begin to manifest in the physical world. As the spirits grow stronger, Danielle, Randy, and Trixie must confront the terrifying reality that they may not make it through the night. If the spirits' desires are not satisfied, the girls could become permanent residents of the haunted Bergenson mansion.
