Squealer is a 2005 pornographic horror film directed by Jack the Zipper. Plot
Four women on a road trip hit car trouble and take shelter in a seemingly abandoned farmhouse, where they have an orgy. Mid-sex they are interrupted by the home’s owners—a group of hillbilly cousins who force the travelers into sex. Afterward, two of the women are tied to chairs and locked in a boathouse; one frees herself and unties her companion. While those two have sex, three of the rednecks spy on them and eventually join. Outside, another woman is bound in the back of a truck; while her abductor digs a grave she tries to run, is recaptured, and is returned to the house. There she and two friends (one placed in a sex swing) are used for sex. A female member of the backwoods clan then has sex with one of the girls, choking her and bagging her for asphyxiation during the act. Another orgy follows—two men and two women—with the women urinated on before sex begins. After one hillbilly climaxes, the film ends abruptly, the women still presumably captive. The structure is captivity loop after captivity loop: rope, swing, truck bed, boathouse chairs, breath play, golden showers—horror framing as permission structure for extreme gonzo rather than a rescue third act.

XCritic scored it two out of five: atmospheric, artistic, and creepy, yet “just plain repulsive” and “like something serial killers use to push them over the edge into orgasm land while fantasizing about slaughter.” Box Magazine found most of the sex unerotic and the horror element almost nonexistent.
