Male submission, often called malesub, is a role in BDSM and erotic power exchange. The person who yields is a man. The dominant may be a woman, another man, or a non-binary person. What stays constant is an agreed surrender: authority, service, pain, or erotic humiliation. It is not a medical diagnosis and not a permanent personality label. It covers men who bottom only in the bedroom, service submissives in a lifestyle, clients of professional dominants, and men who, after negotiation, prefer the lower role. What it can look like
The forms run wide, and the intensity and the length are matters of preference. Common practices include cock and ball torture, forced feminization, chastity devices, cuckold scenarios, erotic humiliation, facesitting, golden showers, pegging, and foot service. Clothed female, naked male (CFNM) is another regular shape of it. A scene can be one session or a long lifestyle. Negotiation and aftercare still apply. This is a map of the role, not a set of instructions.
Older brothels, same role
The role is not a modern invention. In the eighteenth century some European brothels already specialized in restraint and flagellation, with women dominating male clients. What makes the surrender usable is saying what is actually being given up, and where the limits are, instead of playing a stereotype.
