Introduction
The entire film is a relentless run of brutal torment. Sakura loses a wager and is forced to accept everything. Snow-water enemas injected and expelled again and again. Whip after whip crashing down on a body gone cold while she hangs upside down. Needles driven into her breasts. Four needles piercing her labia in an inverted split. Then an 8-gauge piercing is driven through Sakura's screaming secret lips. Ultimate love or hell... a harrowing, controversial work.
