Introduction
In the era of the third Shogun, Iemitsu Tokugawa, there existed an organization called [Kage] (Shadow). The leader of [Kage], Fuunsa, was searching for a pretext to disband the Maruyama Domain of Koshiba in Shinshu. The Tokugawa Shogunate had adopted a policy of disbanding small domains and converting them into direct shogunate territories to tighten control over the feudal society.
