A beautiful woman, doubled over in the street from extreme constipation, is rescued by a kind older man and taken to the hospital. In a humiliating position, a doctor shoves his fingers into her anus, digs out her feces, and gives her an enema. Two beauties share a hospital room, and they cannot stand each other. Junko's injured hand keeps her from turning the indoor toilet doorknob. A fierce urge to defecate torments her, while roommate Rina couldn't care less. A doctor finally arrives, but it is already too late: with everyone watching, she is forced to soil herself. A trainee nurse with a terrible work attitude talks back to a female doctor, and enema punishment is drawn out endlessly.
