The first installment in a hard SM series inspired by medieval European witch hunts. Innocent beauty Shoko Mikami is subjected to brutal torture on false charges. Relentless punishments include piercing long thin needles throughout her body, whipping, applying intense itching ointment to wounds, triangular horse restraint with weights on limbs, deafening unpleasant metal noises to prevent sleep, forced water drinking followed by abdominal punches to induce vomiting, and hot branding iron presses like on cattle. Her body and mind are pushed to the brink as she is forced to confess. The film delivers intense fetish elements through the interplay of pain and humiliation, featuring authentic torture scenes that mark the series' strong opening, essential for SM enthusiasts.
