The fourth entry in Opera's popular scat series The Smelliest Weapon: Exo-Sisters. Akane Yamada plays a 20-year-old nurse working in a closed psychiatric ward who, as a naive and sincere young woman, steps into excretion play for the first time. Against her devoted caregiving image, the film pushes through first-time extremes: urine drinking, vomit, defecation and coprophagy, sex mixed with feces, face-smothering with waste, and play involving stockings. The contrast between the clean white uniform and degradation, and the gradual collapse of her innocent expression, form the core. Thick scat depiction typical of the series and perverse staging built around the nurse setting are the draw.
