The series' first drama-style entry, depicting the twisted love-hate and perverse desires of three sisters living in a remote, dying village. Eldest sister Shiho Shinomiya calmly torments the middle sister; middle sister Kasumi Horai endures winter snow-water torture and inverted hanging that pushes her to the brink of fainting; youngest sister Yuuko Hoshino is suspended in a spread-leg hang while a thick rod is forced into her, dripping genuine wetness with a look of rapture. Roughly forty minutes of intense full-nude lesbian play between Hoshino and Horai, bamboo strikes in minus-six-degree snow, inverted water torture, and other unrelenting rope and discipline scenes fill the film. It also features Hoshino's first SM appearance in six years and Horai's first sex scene with a male performer—a standout for the beauty of severe kinbaku and its extreme edge.
