Minami, a high school girl from a single-mother household, has her virginity taken when debt collectors break into her home, then dies of a heart attack from the shock. Sent to the Judgment Room between heaven and hell, she is told by the gatekeeper that her mother left behind will never escape that fate. Resolved to fall into hell to save her mother, Minami is subjected to relentless torture training by underworld tormentors. The ordeal includes red candle wax poured over her while bound, simultaneous dual vibrator play, single-whip strikes while hung by both wrists, and breast-and-abdomen clip torment layered with high-pressure water and riding-crop blows, ending in liquid candle wax play. As an entry in the Jabaku label's Goddess of Hell series, it portrays extreme SM training pushed to the limit.
