Introduction
Crucifixion – was at the time of the persecution of witches in Mttelalter no method of execution, but a special kind of physical punishment for specific crimes, including for prostitution and witchcraft. Often to the punishing women for hours hung naked on the cross bar, where they were exposed to every kind of ridicule and scorn.
