"Cheerleaders Split Up" is a dark continuation of the harrowing saga that began in "Cheerleaders Horror Party" and "Cheerleaders Hell". Four beautiful cheerleaders, who have been held captive by three deranged old men—Assbuster, Bob, and Dogface—find their fates take an even darker turn as their captors decide to split up and take their "favorite" girl with them.

Bob, the man who first spotted the girls, decides to keep Jessica in a secluded underground hole, where the blonde beauty is forced to prepare herself for his twisted desires. Meanwhile, Bob makes the heartless decision to sell Beverly to a kinky brothel, where her nightmare is only just beginning. Jill, in the clutches of the most dangerous of the three, Assbuster, faces brutal punishment after a failed escape attempt.

Finally, Dogface, the fetishist, continues his cruel treatment of Chris, going so far as to trap her mother in a twisted ransom scheme that reveals the full extent of his depravity. Each girl faces unimaginable horror as they are torn apart, their lives hanging in the balance.
