Introduction
After a two-year hiatus, PAIN GATE returns with Hina as the sacrificial victim, bound tightly with chains and barbed wire. Extreme scenes include M-shaped suspension, stun gun electric torture, water torture, and hanging. The iconic "Sunflower" homage features tongue piercing and 100-needle torture. Ranki Kazami plays the merciless executioner. The realistic agony and panic experienced by Hina under extreme pain define the film's impact.
