Cat Girl Manor, also known as The Chateau, was a private residence in El Paso County, Colorado, built around adult kittenplay. In the scene it was treated as a physical hub for the kitten play community—sometimes compared to that niche’s Playboy Mansion—where consenting adults gathered, posed, and performed instead of only chatting online. For animal roleplay and catgirl-adjacent fetish culture it was a rare bricks-and-mortar brand, not a generic party house.
Play inside the house ran on feline body language, collars, ears, tails, and caregiver/pet dynamics among negotiated adults. Viceland’s series Slutever filmed the property and folded the house into alternative-TV coverage of niche sex culture. On camera and in community lore it stood for a residential-scale lifestyle-compound aesthetic that few pet-play scenes matched.
Some of the house kittens performed purrlesque, folding catgirl costuming into stage striptease and feline burlesque tease. The physical Chateau later stopped hosting as a residential site. The name continues as an online magazine known for kittenplay photo shoots and articles, still visible in animal roleplay and catgirl aesthetics as the brand that once had a house to match the look.
