A hardcore training film where a woman aspiring to become an M girl faces extreme SM trials. Under director Shiko Shima, she is first tightly bound to restrict movement, then subjected to massive enema for internal pressure torment, sharp needle pain play, continuous whipping that swells her skin red, and merciless follow-up torture while suspended upside down. Amid pain and humiliation beyond her limits, her masochistic instincts gradually awaken as she transforms into a complete M girl through screams and writhing. This latest sharp work from the AXDVD series fuses extreme sensory torment with a dramatic mental breakdown.
