In Prison Horror Story 4, Stella, a wealthy American socialite, finds herself trapped in a corrupt system after a police inspector plants drugs on her yacht and has her imprisoned in Santa Rita. Life in the brutal prison takes a dark turn when the inspector returns to check on her, and soon after, the cruel military dictator Coronel Cisneros offers Stella bail with a horrifying condition. Meanwhile, in the same prison, Claire, a beautiful foreign aid worker, and her daughter Vicky are caught in the grip of the sadistic Miss Melanie. Vicky has already fallen under Melanie’s spell, but Claire resists. Miss Melanie is determined to break Claire’s will, using her body to dominate her—but what she truly craves is control over her mind. As these women endure unimaginable hardships, their willpower is tested against forces of cruelty and power.
