Prison Horror Story 3 では、Rev. Stevenson とその妻 Mary Ann が、Colonel Cisneros の残酷な独裁から人々が逃れるのを助けようとして軍に捕らえられる。状況が悪化するにつれ、Rev. In Prison Horror Story 3, Rev. Stevenson and his wife, Mary Ann, are captured by the military while trying to help people escape from the cruel dictatorship of Colonel Cisneros. As their situation worsens, Rev. Stevenson is charged with treason and faces the death penalty. To keep her husband alive, Mary Ann must comply with the demands of the regime, leading her to the FSCC (Foreign Sluts Correctional Centre), a notorious prison run by the cruel Miss Melanie.

At the prison, Mary Ann undergoes harsh "correctional treatment" as she navigates the challenges of survival under Miss Melanie’s control. Meanwhile, Vicky, the daughter of another captive, Claire Redfern, has fallen under Miss Melanie’s influence and is tasked with overseeing the other prisoners. Claire is horrified as she watches her daughter’s transformation, unsure whether Vicky is acting out of necessity or something darker.

As tensions rise within the prison, Mary Ann is forced to endure increasing humiliation, both in public and private, while Miss Melanie takes a particular interest in her. As the power dynamics shift, Mary Ann faces even more difficult choices in order to protect herself and her loved ones.
