In Sex Wars 3, power remains in the cruel hands of Scorpion, the tyrannical ruler of Cathedral City. The city swells as men pour in, eager to claim their chance at the ultimate prize: Colonel Maya West. However, with the increasing number of immigrants, tensions rise as allocated time with the prized women is cut in half, leaving many men frustrated.

Despite his dominance, Scorpion faces a growing problem. Maya West remains defiant and rebellious, and no matter what brutal methods his henchmen devise, they fail to break her spirit. Desperate, Maya attempts an escape with outside help, only to be betrayed and captured. Meanwhile, the inaugural Cathedral City Games begin, designed to placate the restless masses with a spectacle of pain, humiliation, and shame. Female prisoners, including Maya and her failed rescuers, become the main attraction.

As the Games continue, Scorpion sets his sights on Maya’s sister, Christine, hidden in the ruins of Jackson City. Scorpion believes that capturing Christine will finally give him complete control over Maya. But Christine holds a powerful secret—one that could change the balance of power in this brutal world.
