In Mad Doctor, Gina’s routine medical exam turns into a nightmare she never could have imagined. The young, beautiful brunette is no stranger to feeling uneasy in the cold, sterile environment of the medical ward, but today, something feels different. As she waits for her physical, the unsettling scents of antiseptic and something more sinister linger in the air. When she awakens, bound in tight leather straps to the exam table, panic sets in.

Dr. Nerd, a vengeful and twisted physician, has had enough of the mockery he's endured over his appearance and stature. Driven by a perverse need for control and respect, he sets his sights on Gina, seeing her as the perfect trophy to keep under his thumb. As he runs his hands over her trembling body, Gina realizes her nightmare is just beginning. The cold, lecherous gleam in the doctor's eyes makes it clear that he has far worse plans in store for her, and with no way to escape, she is left to endure a degrading and terrifying ordeal.
