Elisabeth Martin has been in the country for three months, struggling to secure a work contract that will allow her to stay legally and avoid deportation. With mounting debts and no prospects, she turns to Mr. Jameson, the powerful owner of Jameson Industries Inc., for help. But Jameson's offer comes with a dark price that Elisabeth refuses to pay. In retaliation, Jameson orchestrates her confinement in a remote psychiatric hospital—a place of twisted horrors where escape is impossible.

Trapped in the sinister facility, Elisabeth is subjected to a nightmarish regimen of unorthodox treatments, both mental and physical.
