A revival of the legendary "M Drug" series that began about 17 years ago. Aya Shiomi is restrained as a human meat toilet and put through relentless hard training. The film opens with intense deep-throat face-fucking while she is fixed to a toilet bowl, then moves into the series' first upside-down hanging hard deep throat, and peaks with a manguri suspension in which only her upper body is lowered so her head is forced against the toilet rim for throat pounding. After she is covered in vomit and left struggling, the play escalates to raw anal sex while bound to the toilet in a rear position, then to standing rear double-penetration threesomes. An extreme work built around restraint and anal torment that keeps raising the intensity.
