A hardcore mania SM training film directed by Shiko Shima. Yuka Kiyohara is taken outdoors along a mountain stream, blindfolded and collared, then forced through public urination, whipping, and cold-water enemas that end in humiliating excretion on the rocks. Indoors, she is bound in a spread-leg position for dildo play before the signature climax: live loaches driven wild by electric shock and poured onto her genitals. Anal beads, candle wax, and raw intercourse follow without mercy, capturing her cries through a first-time ordeal of extreme submission. As an entry in the Legend of Shima series, it stands out for its outdoor-to-indoor staging and the director's trademark live-loach torment.
