Naoko, who previously appeared in "Repayment Plan," returns before the camera, still crushed by mounting debt and interest. With little work coming in at SM clubs, she has no choice but to offer her body again. The session moves from cleaning fellatio to urine drinking, licking spills from the floor, and a hundred strikes with a futon-beating stick that leave her buttocks swollen and dark. Handcuffed behind her back with a forced-drinking device, balloon enemas, seventeen super balls and a plug in her anus during service, bathroom expulsion, stick-based expansion, dual-hole piston machines while bound, and creampie with a plug still in place follow one after another like a battery of tool experiments. As part of the woman-in-debt line, it records at length how far she is driven under the pretext of repayment.
