Minami has broken the strict living rules imposed in exchange for housing—full nudity at home, complete shaving, and constant wear of an anal plug—when Pierre Nishikawaguchi pays a surprise visit. The messy room and broken promises are exposed, and punishment begins with one hundred strikes to her buttocks, leaving her skin swollen and in tears. After the usual forced cleaning of his penis, vaginal and anal penetration follow, along with making her clean with her mouth what has been inside her anus. Panties are pulled over her face and a gag is fitted as she is urinated on while lying on her back. The session escalates through a heavy facial, cleaning spilled urine from the floor with her mouth, and more urine poured into her mouth while semen still remains there in the bathroom, ending with her seeing him off naked and still plugged. As a sequel in the Housing Conditions series, the focus is uncompromising discipline for rule-breaking and heavy water sports play.
