Introduction
In December 1943 (Showa 18), a mother and daughter who sheltered an anti-war activist are reported and forcibly taken by the Special Higher Police. Stripped naked in prison, bound to bamboo poles, they endure brutal whippings, electric shocks, water torture, and relentless rape. This installment in Hibino's popular series depicts the heartbreaking tragedy of a mother and daughter amid wartime horrors, with intense humiliation scenes and dramatic storytelling enhanced by historical context.
