Shy, naive schoolgirl Miyu Otohime (乙姫みゆ) is placed in the care of Kenji Hayami at the request of a man in power. Hayami sets out to pass on the full measure of his SM training—the culmination of his craft—unleashing one after another the inner secrets of Ryubaku: the whip, candles, enemas, and more. While he drives Miyu into a hell of extreme pleasure, Ramu Himemiya (姫宮ラム), Yuri Shirayama (白山ゆり), and Miki Eguchi (江口美貴) join in as well, and brutal training scenes follow without a break. As the second entry in the traditional Ryubaku series, the actresses writhing in agony are a spectacle.
