本集は純愛編で、続くのは第3集の結末であり、第4集奪母編ではない。性的な場面の比重は高く、場面も増え、人物の動きもより自然になっている。結末には隠し要素がある。

From volume 4, Lewd Mother Diary splits into a Pure Love arc and a Mother-Taking arc. Both continue from the end of volume 3. Their plots do not overlap, and they will not be merged again.

This volume is the Pure Love arc. It follows the ending of volume 3, not Mother-Taking volume 4. It gives more room to the sex scenes, adds more scenes, and lets the characters move more naturally. There is an easter egg at the end.
